I rolled up just a few minutes too late but there was a man on a surfboard wearing a bikini surfing in the water. I don’t know if he was baker acted or if he was arrested for ultimately trespassing in the ocean when they close down the beach we had a hurricane approaching and it is double red flag.

  1. The VCBP is a big joke of an agency. They'll come flying down the beach lights and sirens to arrest a 13 year old for surfing meanwhile they ran over people on the way costing the tax payers 100s of thousands in their fuck up. They even had a 350 lbs fat fucker named Scott Dowlings as a Captain like how do you even get that obese as a lifeguad.

  2. Pretty sure you don't get it. People put first responder's in danger. He was breaking the law so anything to make the them look bad. Glad your in charge of the world there Glenn.

  3. America is the only country in the world that arrests people for surfing, I mean if there was an actual legit reason for not being in the water at that specific time, that's one thing just give the guy a fine or warning and get him on his way like it happens pretty much everywhere else in the world, but in america cops don't have any real crime to fight and absolutely way too much time in their hands to violate people's civil rights and freedoms, therefore they will arrest you for breaking no laws apparently this applies here as well.
Now repeat after me: "America is a free country even though the government and cops act exactly like nazi germany did"!
People as americans can totally disagree with me and that's fine, what you can't do is argue against the facts that are in plain view of everyone to see.

  4. I think he should challenge this. They just want his money because they are thugs. They could not care less if he died out there.

  5. I thought lifeguards are here to save people from drowning? I doubt any of them can even swim, even if they can I doubt any of them would risk their lives in "that" water to save someone. I suppose they would radio for the "real" lifeguards!! Come to the UK, you can swim anywhere and when you like. You certainly won't be arrested and given a criminal record for it. America isn't looking all that free these days!

  6. I'm confused. I see a woman wearing a plain, blue swimsuit, with her back to the camera. Among the group of officers/lifeguards, I don't see any guys in any kind of swimwear. Maybe they detained her earlier, and subsequently released her. But at leadt in this clip, I don't see anyone being arrested. So can anyone point out to me where the "guy in a bikini" is?

  7. wow i get it if its was private beach but we in the usa are all in prison here cant even surf without gov permision and i dont give a fuck if it is safe or not our safyey is not there problem that been ruled in supreme court the gov and cop are DOMESTIC TERRIOST BLUE ISIS GANG MEMBER LOOK AT THEM ALL TATOOS UP AND DOWN AND MOST TAKING STERIODS AND TO THEM THERE JOB IS THE MOST DANGER LOOK IT UP COPS RANK LIKE 10TH WITH ROOFERS AT 1 AND CONSTRUCTION BEFORE THEM FUCK THE COPS AND FUCK THE THIN BLUE LINE PUSSY COWARD KILLERS

  8. Based on info in the video, that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard of. Arrested for being in the public water??!! post a sign saying you're not going to save his butt and let the dummy swim if he wants to. And let him drown if he starts to.

  9. was he harming anyone? NO!!! let him be!!! if he wants to ride the waves what does anyone have the duty to tell him he cant!!!
F*#K OFF and let him ride the wave!!!
