@Copwatchtv obtained body camera footage of an incident at an Albuquerque, New Mexico airport.
Around 7AM on July 18th, 2024, the Albuquerque Aviation Police department was called to the TSA check point area in regards to a man trying to get past the TSA checkpoint with what appeared to be a fraudulent identification card.
The officers made contact with the man who identified himself as Francis Bilek out of Illinois. Officers observed the security features on the ID card were damaged and missing some holographic designs.
The man told officers that the reason for the damaged ID was because he left it in a car in direct sunlight. In obtained body camera video, the male was very evasive in his answers and did not properly answer the officers question. The officers on scene for some reason did not push harder into their investigation to have the man provide additional identification.
The FBI took over the investigation.

This is actually terrifying. What is WRONG with this “police officersâ€??? This man is sketchy and up to no good – everything he is saying is a lie. No one has a fake ID and makes up such a stupid story AND all their luggage got stolen at a hotel and didn’t make a police report … HELLO. This guy isn’t who he is says he is and is probably wanted or has done something really bad or is in the process of. If this is who is “protecting usâ€, we’re in trouble.

The ID states his name is McLovin and that he’s a 25 year old Hawaiian organ donor.
I check ids every weekend. If I believe that an id is fake, I call dispatch to send an officer out to come and verify it's validaty. Most of the time, knowing that it will come back "not on file," the person that presented the id will leave. This past weekend, a young lady tried to enter with a fake, I called dispatch, and they sent an officer, and apparently, she felt that it would pass as valid and was soon thereafter arrested. Fake id's have gotten pretty good over the years. But, with a little attention to detail, you can catch them.
New Mexico law, it is a misdemeanor to use or possess an altered, forged, or fictitious driver's license, permit, or identification card. That is a misdemeanor which comes with up to one year in jail and up to a $1,000 fine, or both

Wow. The officer needs to be fired. Took the guy walking with a water bottle more serious than a shady nameless IDless dude taking a one way flight. Which is most definitely to not only have but to use.
They should have taken him to the station to finger print ID him and so on.

This guy should have been taken to back room searched and not released until his real id was confirmed absolutely crap work done by both tsa and officers involved, so frustrating seeing this shit get by what are supposed to be professionals trained to stop these people, this isnt the first guy and definitely won’t be the last hope November fixes this shit
