While being deposed in a case Mayor Tim Keller of Albuquerque New Mexico admited to deleting text messages between himself and police chief Harold Medina. Text Messages between the mayor and chief are public record and deleting them is a fourth degree felony. After being told to STOP committing this felony, Keller refused to stop and even laughed that he is mayor, so the attorney deposing him doesn’t get tell him to stop commmitting felonies.
