  1. Whoever came up with that bill and whoever passed that bill to be thrown in jail for a violation of the Constitution our government cannot make love that go against the Constitution.

  2. There's no way they will pass that it's racist!!!If people thought showing an id to vote was racist this is way worse than that!!!

  3. NOBODY WILL FOLLOW SUCH A BILL AND PARTICULARLY WHEN IT CONFLICTS WITH THE CONSTITUTION. CORRUPT OFFICIALS WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE! ARRESTING A MAN FOR BEUING ON PROPERTY HE PART OWNS IE PUBLIC PROPERTY IS OUTRAGEOUS AND THESE COPS SHOULD BE FIRED.

  4. Another fact, you cannot trespass if you are still inside the Cities easement along the roadside. The easement may end at the sidewalks edge, but it continue a bit. It seems likely that the fence line would be the end of easement there.

  5. NO LAW SHALL STAND IN VIOLATION OF OUR CONSTITUTION, OUR CIVIL RIGHTS.
The first 10 Amendments are your Civil Rights. The 14th Amendment makes the First Ten stick to the states.

  6. the laws that gives cops the right to record you is the same laws that give you the right to film them… that bill hasn't a chance of passing … how would they enforce it … cameras are literally cameras everywhere.

  7. Bunch of cowards that are afraid of a camera because it exposes the truth about them violating our rights abusing their authority. They are violent pieces of 💩 most of them are racists that abuse their authority.

  8. Well if that bill passes I guess they're going to have to arrest every restaurant gas station and any other businesses that have cameras and get them on film during traffic stops are harassing people that was a very bright idea!

  9. Lol I can’t believe they arrested direct D. I was saying while watching,” there’s no way they’re that fuckin stupid.” I ate those words with a side salad.

“In this day and age,” I can’t believe some cops don’t have a clue about how wrong this is. Countless lawsuits and TENS of millions of dollars from simple 1A audit failures have been wasting time and money.

Police should be held to a higher standard when they make mistakes.

  10. The old saying police love "Do nothing wrong and you have nothing to hide" works both ways. They obviously have reasons to hide.

  11. I agree..only good cops I know are the ones we're friends with on facebook that have all quit..or every now and then I see a good cop speak out on social media but its always followed by them finishing their video then signing off with dispatch for good because they're quitting …

  12. The property owner probably owns and is paying taxes on the property where the utilities are installed. The city probably granted the utility companies an easement across the private property for installation and maintenance.

Even if you are standing on private property your not guilty of trespassing unless the property owner has a problem with you being on his property.

You have my permission to stand on my property just off the sidewalk and record police anytime you want.

  13. I’m blown away they can’t arrest you for trespassing let alone he’s on public property let alone soliciting

  14. Cops can’t do a trespass even if he was they are not Representors of the business or the owner! They literally broke the law many times with this arrest. Using your authorities to block the first amendment or civil rights is a crime. Even soliciting a trespass is a crime. Lmao wow

  15. Welcome to the Fascist States of America where law enforcement agencies and their personnel are a little more than an organized crime syndicate engaged in organized criminal behavior to harass, bully, detain, rob, physically attack, abuse, torture, plant evidence to frame the innocent, falsely arrest, cover up crimes, and may kill innocent Americans with impunity. This is right out of the fascist playbook.
