  1. When he/she stormed up to you, the first thing you should have said is "Excuse me. I don't want to insult you, how do you identify? Is this the Little Egg Harbor in the shit state of NJ? Why are you talking to them? Dismiss them and record through the CLEAR glass.

  3. Directives: The term “directive” has no pre-defined meaning in American law, so, unless it is defined in the document in terms of penalties, if any, and specific actions or inactions required, it may be meaningless. “Directives” can be issued by anyone with authority or apparent authority, such as an employer, and, where the actual authority is limited — as with an employer — the disincentive for disobedience of the “directive” may be as small as a nothing or a reprimand or discharge.

  4. It's a law, it's a court law, it's a directive, it's a rule of the court…..wtf is it. What it clearly isn't is a constitutional legislative act.
What could a wish list, feelings directive have to do with law enforcement. Cops shouldn't even respond to this. It's not a law, the action is not unlawful they can not trespass so why bother wasting time. Go get the judge and see what jurisdiction the judge believes he has in a municipal building absent a violation of a constitutionally created law. Ever heard of plain view doctrine your honor, it exist equally not just for state actors.
How about this, it's presumed permissive to film or record in court unless specific requirements are met that allow the court to prohibit or restrict that right. Why would I need permission to exercise my rights and freedoms? It should be a matter of strict scrutiny for the state to meet a burden allowing them the authority to regulate my rights. Show the actually compelling interest the state has and that any law is narrowly tailored to achieve that interest in the least intrusive manner possible. A blanket directive giving discretion to some unaccountable public employee does not show a compelling interest and certainly is not the narrowly tailored least intrusive method to achieve the interest.
Better yet let's just work completely within the constitution and stop trying to find excuse and exception but rather find ways to enjoy freedoms and rights while still operating.

  5. "Plain view doctrine."

They know exactly what it means because they use it to "search" your car without violating your rights.

  6. “ONE HUNDRED PERCENT!”…OF YOUR WELFARE CHECK IS GOING OUT THE WINDOW. ALONGSIDE YOUR PIGGY FRIENDS’ QUALIFIED IMMUNITY 😘🖕🏼

  7. And you already know you can't traspasa the eyes. It's up to them to to keep personal information from plain view. And most importantly everything in our courts cases are public information.

  8. Court law. Lol. I’m the administrator blah blah blah. I think I’m important and I think being a public servant means I can boss you around and rule over you. Shut up dummy and go back to your desk

  9. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 don't record in here because we often keep confidential information out in plain view of the public… UHHHMMMMM, seems like this young man isnt the one who should be in trouble 😂😂😂

  10. Bro you already know that it's called plain view doctrine. They have to drop the blinds or make it a one way mirror than you see out from inside and not in from the outside. Just like cops can look into your car and see if they see guns drugs. It's up to you to hide anything ilegal.

  11. @James Freeman Thank you for what you do. ( aside from the sincere thanks, just commenting to help you with the algorithm )

  12. Are you courting/dating/cohabitating/married? (If yes) Does he/she know they’re a pig fucker? (If no) Thank goodness, otherwise he/she would be considered pig fucker. It’s beastiality none the less. Remove these utterly indignant, insipid, unconscionable idiots. $AMC #AMC #AMCTOTHEMOON 🦍🍿❤️
