I went with Foxy to the LAPD harbor division, so she could identify the officers in her video (link below) that took pictures of her, and submit a FOIA (Freedom Of Information Act) request to see and be given copies of whatever the officer has of her.
First officer PHAM was not happy from the gate that we were recording.
Then, we didn’t get his name, but another officer came out accusing us of having weapons that “look like cameras” WTF?! never a dull moment. The fact that a cop does not know what a FOIA request is, is quite frankly terrifying. It only serves to show how little they actually know in regards to the law and their own policies.
And i'm sure the only cameras this cop has seen that are weapons have been the ones recording his corrupt behavior (that said there are camera guns, but they are few and far between).
If cops in the U.S, can't even tell the difference between a weapon and a camera, that might explain why they shoot hundreds of unarmed citizens every year.
