No Miranda + questioning = no confession. He snuck into high school! – Everything Law and Order Blog

Now, this is a published video by the Volusia county sheriff office . They did not include any Miranda warning after handcuffed, then moved to a new location while detained then brought to a room and questioned. If you in fact do that you lose your confession.

  1. “I’m a bulldog” LMAO
    You’re a school resource officer dude…
AKA whining little bitch that annoys the rest of the department so was sent to do circles around the high school.

  2. How can he arrest him but not read him his rights before questioning. Unbelievable. I don’t know what the man was up to. But why was he under arrest and then questioned before he was read his rights. Wow

  3. What a F'ing ass hat this COP is… my school, my students, I'm gonna keep them safe. There is not constitutional duty for COPS to keep anyone safe other than those in their custody, that is the man he is now arresting it is his duty to keep him safe. COPS are such ass hats.

  4. Hey officer
    It's not. YOUR SCHOOL
    they're not YOUR students
    Why are you pissed?
Your supppsed to enforce the law NON BIASED POLICING
    If you're pissed, you're biased….
But….. glad you caught the guy, he was up to no good
But you do need some training….

  5. That cop is pissed because he exposed their feckless security operation. He said my school, which would indicate he was responsible for security. And he is the perfect example why cops can not be trusted….

  6. He is pissed off because it proved without a doubt to me that with a fence around the school and access points guarded, A drunk man is still able to get in with out being stopped . If he was there to do harm it would have still been to little to late . Security failed, I bet this is a "gun free" zone and the bulldog security team failed.

  7. Miranda warning should be issued upon a custodial arrest. Still, whether you receive the Miranda warning or not, don't answer questions before, during, or after arrest. Only you can keep your mouth shut.

  8. The cop was too busy saying "me me me, my my my, I I I. He sounds like my damm mother in law. It's all about her.

  9. Cops who mess up this badly and let their emotions get the better of them need to go back to the academy and start over from the beginning.. dont you have to be told to leave and refuse before you're trespassed… and he said public school right… drunk in public would be the only thing he could have got him for right??? Or did I watch too much tv in the 90s

  10. I heard from one of these lawyers on YouTube that well you know how the camera record 30 seconds after pushing the button? or even just talking to an officer before he says you are under arrest that the courts can use that against you also that you do not necessarily have to have Miranda's explain to you. Now I'm not sure if that's Nationwide or just in the state where that lawyer is located I wish I could remember his name. I might be mistaken but I think it's Luke from catfish and carp forgot the name of his legal channel stanky specializes in traffic tickets.

  11. This video is from an incident at spruce creek high school where this subject was testing the security. He appeared to be intoxicated according to the deputy.

If you stop detain handcuff and question without Miranda warning you’ll lose admission.

The question of this is a school, did you know that? Yes. Gone.
