1. I think the initial gentleman was mistaken… Norma McCorvey (Roe) did indeed give birth to her child, and subsequently gave her up for adoption. However, I do not see any information anywhere that this child's name is known, nor does she "speak out" against abortion. Please tell me if anyone finds otherwise. I just don't want this misinformation out there.

16. Ops. You just committed a prime offense against the constitution! The 2nd Amendment does not preserve all the other amendments; not in modern times. Your statement was hyperbolic. You have never used your guns to assert your rights. You have used the 1st amendment to protect and assert your rights. The problem with the 2nd Amendment is that it is outdated. In 1791 they only had muskets and cannons. To defeat a central authoritarian government these days you would need to stop by Wall Mart and pick up some patriot anti-missile batteries, a couple of F-35s maybe an aircraft carrier and nuclear submarine. We really need sensible gun laws to protect citizens because of the well know gun issues today. Remember Sandy Hook, thoughts and prayers are not enough. Check out Sweden, they love guns more than Americans. They are crazy about guns and they have virtually no gun related deaths. They have sensible gun laws.

19. 2nd amendment does not protect the 1st. This is an NRA funded talking point. If it was so important, it would have been first. The forefathers of our country believed that freedom of speech was most important and that the preservation of all other rights hinged upon it. If you could not speak freely, you could not live freely. They also never imagined women packing semi auto pistols in public so lets have a real conversation about expectations and what we should be getting out of our civil rights. Since they claim they were god given but still took 100 years to accept blacks where whole humans, women weren't cattle and that maybe they shouldn't have killed all those indians in the name of manifest destiny.
