  1. James, you claim to be the press but you’re highly biased. A true journalist reports without opinion or bias. You’re more like a late night TV host. Highly biased and very funny.

  2. When you have to ask for permission, it becomes a privilege. Unlike voting, the right to a free press not subject to permission as voting is. The Constitution clearly States that only those of a certain age who are allowed by their individual States to vote may vote.
That document he has clearly States that's a general order. It is not a law. So they can not come up with a reasonable articulable law that he has violated!

  3. I love you freeman guy. Utah loves you too. Just don't call 911.. you'll get a felony 1 warrant 14 months past the night. Rats under the wood pile UTAH

  4. Chambers is an IDIOT!!!! what common sense reason would anyone have against videoing any part of a courthouse?? lol criminals hate to be taped!!-

  5. I'm not so sure about this because juvenile court in Utah covers adoptions, child welfare, and juvenile justice decisions. Kids deserve complete privacy and their records are sealed.

  6. If it's not constitutional then I think they're committing treason which should be a lawsuit at the very least followed by hanging

  7. They know this is like trying to argue law with a lawyer right? I know every lawyer doesn't know everything but they sure know a while lot more than a guard that stares at a video screen all day.

  8. Can any of you see yourselves acting the way these cops do? It's almost like a secret society and when you join the force, you have to act inappropriately. I couldn't imagine telling someone they're "interfering" if they're not really….well, interfering. Almost sounds like common sense right?

  9. The clip of the judge is almost comical. It just shows how the "grey area" technique is used by our public servants to preserve their agenda to suppress our constitutional rights. It's complete horse shit. Thank you James for trying to pry this shit open!

  10. I know these cops way to put them in there place James Freeman. You should do Juab county sheriff. Nephi Utah. There all currupt. And nephi PD

  11. You have to come back to Utah, its where Im from an this tyranny bs needs to stop!! You would think because Mormons live here and they live righteously right? So wait, why oooohhhh…. I guess I need to get out there an work with the audit club?? Wow… I'm shocked it was that bad here!!??

  12. So I’ve watched a lot of your videos recently and do you do anything that you say you’re going to do? Do you try to take places to court that infringe on your rights? Or is it all just talk?

  13. Juvenile courts are notably restricted even to admission as well as case hearings. Judges have the authority in most venues to determine access of the press or public if cases have a prospectus of being "sealed" such as a rape or terrorism trials. Judges have a lot of discretion within their sitting court room . They can limit access by the number of seats and that of potential witness . Judges are pretty much God, they just cant limit the argument of exception .It is why there is an appellate court.
