When the passenger still refuses the officer puts a 3 hour retaliatory hold on the truck. At some point he decides to stop retaliating and releases the hold before the 3 hours is up. He apologizes for his behavior but still tells a lie while apologizing. Some people just can’t stop lying. We call these people government.

Police may inspect the truck. Driver doesn’t have to help the cop inspect and turn on wipers or blinkers.

I think the officer was a piece of garbage and I do not wish him well in any aspect of his life.

The cop should be fired on a number of illegal issue with this traffic stops. The driver should take legal advice on how to sue this corrupt cop.

Charge the police with theft of services. As a former driver and n I w just a passenger I refuse to let someone kidnapping m e just to id someone is CRIMINAL not to mention holding up a driver and driving is money.

I like when the truckers frack with them and do nothing to help with inspection, as by law they are not required to assist with inspection. One video had the cop completely flumuxxed because he could not even start it, driver got out sat on knoll smoke a few cigerettes whilst the cop tried to figure out how to check brake lights etc. Cop tyreatened to hsve it impounded etc. At some point someone must of told cop to lrt it go. But he followed driver for 50 miles to see if he could give him a ticket. The driver had both front and rear dash cams cop knew that, otherwise he would of made up an infraction and got him.
