I have never understood why citizens who pay school tax and state tax and federal tax have to even petition for a freaking yard sale. I find that totally ridiculous. Here in Dallas you are only allowed to have 2 within a certain time for free and then any extra you must pay a fee to have a yard sale as if your gonna make some huge amount of money or something and they just gotta have a piece of the pie. It's just so crazy. And if someone can explain a reasonable logical explanation otherwise I would love to be educated as to why this is so.
