  1. Hiding corruption seems to be easy from this public servant!!!
She not once answered a question!!!
Miss Stohl should be fired for her unprofessional actions!!!
Cover up happening live on camera!!!!!

  2. This woman is something else, what else I'm not sure, but something. WOW, let me say that backwards, WOW! Hostile is a good word to describe her. Could be interesting to watch her in court. Though it is painful to watch, so am also doing crossword puzzles, so that I can keep a few brain cells, listening to her is going to cause them to bleed.

  3. The clerk in an attempt to be deceitful is not answering the questions as asked. She keeps giving answers that are irrelevant to the information sought. I hope when she gets before a Judge they will compel the clerk to answer the questions truthfully and give the answers precisely to the questions as they were asked.

  4. Is it just me or does it seem like her camera is purposefully poorly positioned? I feel like she has someone else in the room helping her off screen.

  5. I would rather put this lady on the witness stand.

Furthermore, this lawyer dude knows you can not be healed to the same strict standards and rules of procedure as an attorney at bar?

  6. I found his questions to be clear and pertinent to the case. The clerk was being evasive or not responsive. The moderator was not ruling on the objections.
The clerk was allowed to sit in the dark and mostly off camera.
How hard is for that corrupt clerk to simply tell the truth to clearly verdalized questions?

  7. I'm sorry. I only got one-third of the way through this video. I would find it easier to watch the good doctor depose a goat with a temperamental five-year-old as counsel.

  8. "Object to form" Courts have repeatedly sanctioned lawyers for coaching witnesses by “objecting” in improper ways that signal to the witness that they should say a question is “vague,” or that they “don't want to speculate,” or that they “don't know” an answer that they actually do know.

  9. He needs to quit saying "is that correct" after he asks a question… That is going to get a council objection every time. If he would quit saying that, he would get his question discussed or answered without objection.

  10. Im not even half way thoughthis video, and im thinking this woman is slow. She can't follow a thought process. She answers things that was not asked. It looks and sounds as if she is playing a game or something else. She don't know anything at all about public records… i whole heartedly think the city needs to settle and not go to court… that woman will not help the city….

  11. I guarantee this is the kind of woman everyone in the office hates. On one hand, I'd love to watch and see how this turns out but on the other hand listening to her non answers make my head hurt. I truly commend you who can stomach listening to this and I look forward to reading the comments to learn the outcome.
