These officers were about to toss a Homeless Guy of a Project Bench, meanwhile he was just laying there, being homeless bothering NOONE…. .It is not a crime being homeless in New York, also when you have officers who target the poor they are just a bunch of COWARDS..I’m glad I was there to break up their party because that’s exactly what would of happened, ID check, if none provided, then a trip to the police station, all for just being poor
