4. Risk Management holds the required bond information on each officer, public official and the agency itself. A claim can be filed against their bond.  If enough claims are filed or if enough of a pay out against the bond occurs the officer loses the bond and then cannot work as an officer. 👍

   Contact the Risk Management department the agency of the officer you wish to file a claim and tell them you want the name of their bonding company who bonds their officers. The agency can lose their own bond if they do not give you this information. Contact the bonding company and tell them you wish to file a claim.
   As an approximate amount of claim to consider- Suits related to unlawful seizure have resulted in compensation of about $2000 per minute. This includes excessive seizure after completion of the original scope of the stop. Such as when one receives a traffic citation and the seizure continues because the officer attempts further investigation, questioning, fishing, etc. without RAS, reasonable articulatable suspicion of an actual crime, i.e. a public offense of which there is an injured party.

13. The Logic surrounding LAW Enforcement is astounding…Average citizen gets a case, and its scrutinized for the rest of their lives. A felony, no matter how petty and non violent you lose rights permanently. How is it that with LAW enforcement, 6 Mos training, you're given a GUN and immunity. And when YOU break the law, you're enabled to have your life back, AND fail UPWARDS, without ANY consequences?
