3. all in all, i think most government buildings should be filmed via a hidden camera. legal in public in most states.
   i also think you get a far more honest response when they don't see the camera. how they act when they don't think they are being records.

    I've been asking this for years. When they fail to identify, as public employees, is that not a deprivation of Rights? Not only 1983, but T18 s242. Deprivation of seeking redress from Government… How can you seek redress if you don't know who they are? It's the very reason the cops are addicted to ID. You need someone to hold accountable.
