This is just the raw video without commentary or back story. When I started working on this I believed it was just a 5th amendment violation. As I’ve researched the department and laws on Tribal Police and where their jurisdiction begins and ends I found that this is way bigger than I initially thought, goes back years, and involves a police chief that has previously been brought up on multiple felony charges including fraud and arson. I have been working on editing the whole story, but wanted to go ahead and just release this raw footage that started me down this rabbit hole in the first place. I assure you that this blatant rights violation is NOTHING compared to what you are about to be shown.

A super trooper told my teen that the 5th amendment "can only be used in court" today. Then told him he was "well trained" when he simply stated I invoke my 5th amendment right as his response. Evil to the core man.
