One thing to notice is the constant attempts to escape. He even directs attention to the comradery shared between them in abusing "crack heads" as he so demeeningly speaks of his fellow citizen, trying to make himself look better. Disrespectful man's(swore oath to protect and abide by laws and failed) family must have recently migrated here as he was demeening our fellow citizens and was looking to create a sense of closeness and grasps to any straw to make anyone save for himself, look like the bad guy. You can say he was intoxicated, I say we got to see what was deep down inside that mind.
props to the arresting officer .we commend you for your outstanding service.smh at jullian
Good mates he has for letting him drive.
The arms of Carma are around you..The sad part is he won't lose his job..many cases prove this fact
It is throughly entertaining to watch cops get arrested.
How does it feel ?
The spitting is gross, especially during a pandemic
Julian Andrew Navarrette… PCSO supposedly still under investigation?? Hmm 🤔
What was that machine he was playing on? Was it Space Invaders?
Public safety tow??!! How many citizens get that break!!??
"I'm above the law. Treat me like it"!!!
I just got done telling DB McRae "Rise of The Oathbreakers" that I completely disagree with the outcome of this. When you prevent injury, damage or death there is no reason to ruin the driver's life. For these Public Servants go from Hero to Tyrant when they arrest him. Call a cab, have his vehicle towed, hand him the bill for the tow and remind him that when his actions create a victim he WILL lose his freedom.
Would he have let him go if they worked for the same department?
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha 😂 ðŸ–.
I am so freaking proud of how these officers handled this stop and DUI arrest. Just how it is supposed to go in the field – with the possible exception of doubling up the cuffs (officer discretion as needed).
But that is where my praise ends. While there is also some officer discretion in booking, this officer would NEVER had taken the cuffs off of an arrested prisoner and I would be extremely surprised if he did not violate proper processing procedures when he did. This officer never would have given up the information of his field test and that kind of preferential treatment is bullshit. It is so important to treat a DUI officer the same as any other person including the cuffs.
Cops HAAAAAAATTTEEEE being subject to the same rules they ruin other poeples lives over.
Awe poor baby – guess it doesn't feel too good when the shoe is on the other foot! My guess is the blood or urine test would have shown multiple 'other' substances & the excessive spitting = possibly too much adrenochrome?!
He is genuinely dumbfounded that he has to follow the law?!?! It should be a criminal offence for officers to let other officers off when they break the law. Then this good cop wouldn’t have to “ feel bad†about doing his damned job.
"I do this all the time" said it all.
SMH
If a cop gets fired it always makes me wonder if he gets hired at some other police force. I bet you it happens all the time.
I just checked the length of vid ,HOLY FUQ !!!!
Would love to see a sober cop argue why he doesn't want to take a test designed to make him fail.
Glad you could stop another cone flip dertey cop hope he gets firerd and his department will bee infested
What makes anyone think that blood draw without consent is lawful under your 4th ? Think about that, and driving may be a privilege for commercial drivers but for people traveling from point a to point b when people realize their rights under the constitution this piracy will can be stopped
