Prosecutors just want a win. If they can do that taking a plea bargain, they will. And they will not consult with the family, or anybody at all – just like in this case. So, if ever you find yourself in this family’s situation

Moving the victim the way they did, after that severe use of force as well as the fall to the floor, is so incredibly negligent. I do believe that if you watch the secondary officer, the one that did not discharge their taser, they seem to be in a clear state of shock and maybe even distress/regret.
