When law enforcement employees identify themselves by pointing at or looking at their chest, that means their name must be "Officer or Deputy Nipples" or "Agent Nipples" if their with the FBI. Unless they are a female, then the appropriate name would be "Officer Buttons" or "Officer Pockets" (just to be on the safe side).
