29. This pos cop couldn't file charges for trespassing let alone the harassment complaint. Cops can't be the complaintive of a harassment charge because he is a cop during the course of his duties

31. Never plead NO CONTEST. Judge just looks at that as a money maker. The courts tried to jam up my son on BS charges. There was no evidence on video or otherwise and the whole court room saw it and they made there voices heard to the judge. The judge initially found him guilty, we filed for motion of reconsideration and judge changed his mind and he got all charges dropped. Couldn't be that I let it drop that I was going to the Judicial Ethics Board in my state ? Your either guilty or innocent in my book. Never throw yourself on the mercy of the court with a no contest plea.

So I watch all these videos about knowing your rights and I don’t know why you didn’t see this gentleman when he said you were harassing him or getting real close to harassment because you’re trying to redress grievances and you can readdress grievances of any government body at any time and he is trying to keep you from doing that that is obvious and threatening you with harassment is called coercion and basically prior restraint no I don’t know why you didn’t take the sin to civil court because he seems to be violating your rights and it is punitive and the judge would determine the amount of damages I think you should’ve held into court for that at the very least it’s intimidation I may be at the very least it’s unprofessional and deserves a complaint but at the most seems like a civil rights violation I would get some money from that dude what a piece of shit anyways
