When you look at the title of this video, you will see that I came to this location for a reason: Sam-41 respondings… I am trying to figure out who/ and why sam 41 is present or is Sam-41 reassigned to another officer?
When I randomly and unexpectedly blurt out “Hey Sam41”, the reactions I witnessed and observed were in the sense a silent message from one officer, and another silent message of nervous body language from the other.
