I was rear ended on 3rd Ave and one of the officers on the scene pronounced me guilty at the scene for being rear ended, wtf? What about innocent until proven guilty? You get the justice you can afford to write the check for….

The police in longmont are very nice, but if a crime is committed against you, it will only be solved if it gets news coverage, the officer witnessed it directly, or you solve it yourself and represent the proof in a way(usually publicly) that they have no choice but to follow through. Hence, the lack of complaint forms.

26. The Iron Claw was used as a very direct way of controlling and restraining an arrested individual. The pincers were ratcheted open, then shut around the wrist of the individual to be transported and the officer would hold onto the Iron Claw's handle for control.
