  4. Gun control advocates don't care about pea shooters. Shit, they would GIVE you one of those if you would exchange them for actual firearms. You'd have better odds of hurting yourself than someone else. I'd choose a knife over that thing. At least I can swing a knife more than once.

    For a moment, set aside the 2nd amendment. Study the constitution, specifically article 1 sec 8, which defines the few powers granted congress.
    Can you point to a defined power authorizing congress to regulate or ban ANY private property?
