We were actually able to catch up to this one. According to his cousin (the girl yelling his name ‘Lynell’ most of the video) His mother died of brain cancer 2 years ago, and now he’s sick, and is acting out like this for a 2nd time. This is his second chase, in the last 2 years I believe.
There were a couple moments, like when he reversed, that I was trying to mentally prepare myself for what I may witness.
Thank god his cousin was able to get his daughter on facetime, and tell him she doesn’t want him to die. After seeing his daughter…he pretty quickly gave up.

At first it seemed like a call where the cops would go heavy-handed 😨 then he had high impact action the car chase, foot chase and then it had me laughing with the ghost riding the whip. 😄😎Takes off only to come back! Then the little baby on the phone. Daddy please!!😢ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ Happy ending when he gives up and the police cuff him without a unessesary slam to the ground.

@laurasharkcw. I can't believe that when he's stopped and out of the car that they didn't find a way of blocking him in so he couldn't drive away again. I know hindsight is 2020; but, it just seems fundamental. I hope that he gets whatever help he might need because it could've ended much differently.
