13. There are probably First Amendment/Electioneering issues involved with a public official taking down candidates' signs. The Constitution delegates responsibility for elections to the states, but if some municipality starts interfering with some candidate's campaign or ability to advocate for a political issue, it could quickly become a federal civil rights issue. A wise city would likely tell all of their employees to to leave all signs alone until the weather has torn them up.

20. Very surprised. Apopka is usually one of the more confrontational departments in the area. I drive through there often on my way to work and they just sit in the medians near park ave waiting for speeders. Its good that they know about the 1st amendment. It seemed to me that they would wait until you were on one side of their parking and would quickly make their way out to the cars. Also funny the little fat code enforcement guy probably hasnt had to move that quick since the last time krispy cream doughnuts had their hot and ready sign turned on🤦‍♂️. Keep up the good work man

22. Should file a complaint about those vehicles with the illegal windshield tint. Even the trailer hitch on the truck when it isn't being used is probably illegal. Digging through their dumpster is a good one. They claim it is legal to dig through your dumpster/trash can once you put your trash in it.
