36. not sure what its like in the US but in the UK the place your most likely to be hit by other vehicles on the motorway is the hard shoulder. also you always have to find a safe place to pull over if the police want to pull u.

38. Honestly with today’s technology… why can’t we “log in” as the driver of a vehicle. Could do it via an app. If we commit a traffic infraction… the cop could see the “logged in” driver and issue the ticket without ever having to stop the vehicle. Just a thought. Seems like it would save a LOT of time and prevent needless encounters where police get an opportunity to “smell weed”. 😂 if a person doesn’t want to do the “log in” thing then if they commit a traffic infraction then they could be pulled over the current way. I just don’t understand why cops want to be in your car so badly. Good cops would love an easy “no contact” way of issuing a ticket to the actual driver of the vehicle. I mean they use speed cameras and red light cameras and those issue the ticket to the vehicle owner… even if someone else is driving the vehicle. Idk. Why can’t the police do something like that for speeding tickets? There are so many issues with law enforcement today. Just seems odd that police have not actually pressed any forms of ticket issue to avoid contact. Swear they want that contact so they can just add charges. 😂
