In this video we visit a Mass Transit Authority crew working on a railroad crossing. Police tell us to step back giving us an unlawful police order. We stand our ground and refuse to move. MTA workers and cops triggered.

We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. Specifically, we  need to upgrade our computer, video editing software and purchase additional video gear. We want to thank you in advance for your support of what we do and want you to know that we are committed to working harder than ever to defend our rights, your rights and the Freedom to Film in Public!!

  1. I think you hurt their little egos with this one. They were dumbfounded. I was actually laughing my ass off with this one. 😁😂 They had tape blocking off traffic making more of a schmuck scene. I sorta felt bad for the younger cop. He looks naive and new to the job…but he was giving you the sideways stank eye 👁️👁️

  2. That cop smiled when he knows construction worker is taking picture of Jason is just like acting a Boss

  3. I work this identical construction every day. Identical!!!!! People watch all the time. I enjoy them being interested. And when a truck comes I just say watch out. Its a blast..Why are these cops even there. We have construction sites 20 to 50 times larger. No police ever in 35 years. We can't completely shut down certain roads and access. Everyday a challenged man comes through to work on an adult trike bike. We smile joke and help him through. Its his right. Sure it slows down operations for a minute but good gosh people have rights. I'm wisconsin and we're not a bunch of power tripping sensitive sissies. The construction site in this video is so minor its hysterical

  4. Yea the cameraman’s safety lol no he’s just worried the construction crew dose not want to be filmed

  5. For some reason they just don’t want to be on camera lol like the construction crew is just fucking shit up lol

  6. And that’s more dangerous than one guy standing back just outside of the jobsite is a car I was have to do is be like oh I’m distraction swerve over and be right in the job site

  7. Yea the cop is a rookie still in the Academy and he is making himself look bad he’s just trying to suck and stuff up to make the make himself look good but now he’s making himself look stupid on camera and the construction guy is an idiot you can stand that close to construction site

  8. I like it how the cops say right here when asked for badges lol If a cop dose this to me I’m going to ask Themis that what you tell the judge lol in court lol

  9. I didn't like this amendment that much, i kind of think you should let the road men do what they had to do. I thought you was quite aggressive and intimidating in this one. And also you belittled the cop abit too much, constantly correcting him. I thought at least give him a chance. I thought the cop was quite respectful.
