This kid, had a bad break up or something, and drank too much…..The first call I heard on this incident, was of a female heard yelling, then a male heard yelling, then another one about a male heard yelling AND smashing out the windows of his own car….
So it started off as a disturbance call and escalated to a “5150” call with “possible mental illness”…..
They were busy with an ADW I think, and a separate GTA in Wilmington, because I heard the 1st one about the woman, but couldnt figure out where it was- stood by, heard about a male screaming…..was at another spot (where cops were a no show) then when I heard about the male yelling AND smashing out his windows, they said an actual address, and I got there before them. They rushed from Wilmington, but the ambulance was already there……I walked up slowly because I could hear

Excellent vedio as always. I do have question.. if paramedics were on scene why did PO even get involved? Obviously the young man need medical attention yet cops cuff and try to arrest him? Also a pet peeve how many officers are needed?! Police department is serverly overstaffed and need to cut back.
I will not even comment on woman in the buleline brotherhood gang.
