Brandon Fox was charged with unlawful images and videos on his phone.
He was a Daytona Beach cop/police officer at the time of the incident. Arrested at the police department and plead no contest.
The sentence of 25 years was for 38 counts though, 31 were appliable if my understanding is correct. There should be a sentence modification filed and we will keep a look out for it.
