  1. And again, a cop gave you a golden opportunity to get illegally arrested, and you talked him out of it. What the f*#k is the matter with you? When a cop says something as stupid as "Leave this accident scene or you're going to jail," put down your equipment, and turn around as you put your hands behind your back to be handcuffed. Or don't you want the $25,000 to $100,000 you can get out of that department if have the brains to sue?

  2. Trooper Baker is a work in process. He claim to want to know if the first trooper gave James a hard time when Trooper Baker is in fact giving James a hard time.
Since Baker is the other trooper's trainer, both need additional training.

  3. What does the government teach these cops !❓❓❓ Our government it teaches them to abuse us ⚠️‼️⚠️‼️⚠️‼️⚠️‼️⚠️

  4. The Audit
Lesson One: know your rights. The moment an auditor needs to ask a cop about his rights he has failed. The most fundamental task of the audit is to challenge and educate law enforcement and the public about their civil rights. If we need and depend on police to tell us what our rights are during a stop, then the audit becomes useless.

No police is responsible for telling the public their rights. In fact, its too his advantage for you to be ignorant so he can exceed his authority. Second, a highway patrolman has no jurisdiction over a public sidewalk except where it overlaps with his investigation. The point where the auditor was standing is nowhere near that accident.

Furthermore the debate about a "hard time" is useless since the cop has no authority to lecture anyone except his subordinates. He can't order a person to leave because he doesn't like their responses.

  5. The "old terror reign" of these enforcers really is over. People are savvy and to intelligent and rights aware to accept this old fashioed mini dictator rubbish. The enforcer just came across as irrelevant basically!

  6. LOl…an unemployed YouTuber with a beat up Tesla provoking cops…sure….! Always a good idea."Are you a witness?" " get out of my face. Wrap this up. Leave me the F alone"…. Trooper 2 asked you politely. You created the situation. Being an a-hole – other people , would just kick your arse publicly if you conduct yourself like that..outta shape beard man…But Trooper didn't. Lot of patience. There is no police misconduct here – just clickbait!

  7. Go check out ODMP it’s the biggest numbers ever ! But numbers are flubbed ✅ Pigs biggest gang in America 🇺🇸

  8. If you tell cop “we’re media” instead of “fuck off” you might get different responses. Try “we’re here with (insert city) action cam” do you have any input?” If you put the idiots on the spot, they’ll freeze up

  9. it goes beyond being a dik, he got up in your face trying to instigate a confrontation. that's the way you create crime for job security.
