DAYTONA BEACH SHORES POLICE
Two police officers with the @cityofdaytonabeachshores-p8743 keep their jobs, face maybe no punishment for what FDLE says is PROBABLE CAUSE for 1st Degree Felonies.
This hearing is with the Lambert Law firm and Judge Jolley who ruled on the case where a petition for writ of mandamus was filed to seal records. We have been gathering information about this incident since October when anonymous person(s) had sent me the info that it occurred. It was a huge coverup since day one with excessive charges, hiding and all out blatant disregard for transparency.
Lambert requested the media be removed but was denied by the judge. This was a huge waste of the courts’ time in my opinion, they should have just followed the law as the law indicates rather than cover up sticking their child in a jail cell twice, one occasion handcuffed.
Director Michael Fowler was the head in charge of the department at the time and he declined to comment and did not initiate an IA until after I attempted to talk to him in the lobby of city hall. I don’t really know if the officers faced any discipline at all. No one knows YET.

James I know you have no control over this shirt show regarding the piss poor audio. But the judge should see that this does not happen like this. But this gets a thumbs down because lack of clarity in the audio.
There is no excuse for the Zoom court crap today! People can not hear the testimony. The audio quality sucks! These people should be using a audio systems with a professional sound mixer not people that have no clue of what they are doing. It is a damn good thing I am not involved in this clown show.

Seems like some highly puritanical parents of a fragile 3 year old. It's simple… Just give your kids total love and emotional support no matter what. Don't expect perfection from them, especially a 3 year old. Emotional torture of a 3 year old is sick, perverse and it will have consequences.

We are not under any covid restrictions! Why are these people not required to come to court? Absolutely unacceptable. So now just a judge has to appear. This judge should have made it mandatory for all to appear. ,
