I really appreciate Jason's patience and calm demeanor with the yellow line gang hero trying to esculare.
His obvious problem is he thought he had authority to dictate terms. He also did it under the color of law which in his mind makes him think he can use the " law" to intimidate and threaten.
Which makes him think he's above citizens. His whole demeanor screams that he thinks he's some kind of authority over citizens.
