Police patrolman Marler and his counterpart banged on my front door precisely at 840pm on a Saturday night, responding to a so called “call†from the hospital to do a welfare check on a 3 year old child that swallowed nail polish remover. They were looking for people that didn’t exist at my address, wouldn’t listen to reason, and conducted themselves completely unprofessionally. This is the reupload with my PII taken out for safety issues. In this world, the things I treasure most are my beautiful black wife of 5 years who turned me into the man that I am today, and my two little BAPS. To have my 4th amendment right infringed upon, when I was complying is a complete and utter tragedy and was uncomfortable, upsetting, traumatizing, and unnecessary to me and my family. My extended family was even effected by this. I will definitely be reaching out to my friends with their JD on this one and definitely filing several formal complaints. There is so much more I could say but the main thing is that I am alive and my family is alive and strong. What I say to black people who go through getting profiles like this is remain strong and know your rights. never back down to a bully.
This is video 2/3 of the saga, 1/3 was not captured but I explained that in a live video immediately after. That is when he told me to “eat a dick†because he didn’t like how I answered questions. An officer of the law, banging on wrong doors, during toddlers bedtime, offending tax-paying veterans, and telling them to eat dicks. How would you have responded?
