What I have found, now is police is using a local laws such as nuisance, disorderly conduct as a reason to arrest or ticket.
If you walk up to someone and say F U…you can be areested…some kid being a lazy f at a restaurant. You say you piece of s!@#…they can arrest you….
Then your on your own to fight the legal and cost.

To get from Ohare towards Wisconsin border you will go through many cities and towns.
Had a headlight out. Stopped early into work and picked up bulb. Back in day when replacing a light bulb was easy.
Worked late, got pulled over twice in 20 minutes from 2 different cities!

Fox River Grove Illinois had a little section of US14 . Had part time kid cops chase, harrass, tailgate to intimadate drivers at late nights.
I said one night, f him, I tailgate him follow his Illegal u turns on US14.
We had a discussion when I cornered him for him bullshit got his name and star.
I and chief and nice discussion.
The part time cop in Prairie Grove Illinois trying to catch someone going downhill from a shitty 2 lane to one lane, 30 to 55. Followed him him two towns over after he he raced, almost cause a head on collision to tailgate someone.
Got behind him at gas station in line and counter and told him was it worth it, you are way out of your duristriction.
Took his name badge.
Funny is the CHIEFS will say we will handle but refuse to say what the outcome of discipline is.
