I live in ABQ. Street racing is a huge problem so they are going after modified exhausts. A lot of people have been complaining about it – especially when there are loud late night races in the small hours in the morning in the middle of the city. A modified exhaust citation is an automatic court appearance. To be fair the cop in the video is a traffic cop.
APD doesn't solve crimes they cause them when you don't bend over and take it then you get charged with the crime the officer committed
