9. JAMES MADISON the COLLECTING of ID's is COMMON in MANY counties here in WV. Beckley PD tried that BS with me onetime but I KNEW better and kept answering questions with questions. Jeff Gray visited here and really didn't see the CORRUPTION in Beckley that day but he did see a little CORRUPTION in MT Hope { a near by town}. I invite ALL to come to SOUTHERN WV and experience the CORRUPTION as well as the GREAT OUTDOORS. The police here especially prey on the poor and uneducated the most and supply VICTIMS to SOUTHERN REGIONAL JAIL, where you may be arrested for a MINOR infraction then get murdered inside.
