Many large shopping malls, sports arenas/stadiums use drones for parking lot security. They hover continuously at an altitude high enough to cover a large area.

my nikon p900 would have gave a crystal clear picture as to what that was. I ready for any strange phenomenon in the sky.
Could be a lot of things. My first guess would be some sort of aircraft. I can't tell if it's moving around or not because most of the footage is zoomed in removing any possible objects I can use for reference for distance movement. The other possibility is it is a satellite catching the sun just right and you're in just the right spot to see the reflecting light. The last possibility is it is a planet being bright enough to be seen with all that city light drowning out everything else.

There was a video in Chicago that showed what appeared to be a cloud, but it got dangerously close to the ground, and appeared to be under intelligent control. This one all ears quite similar. I got mobbed by shills after posting the video on my feed, and it was blatantly obvious.
I believe this is some sort of active cloaking for drones. I'm pretty sure you captured this black ops tech used by the intelligence agencies and military.
