28. I have a TBI from Iraq and the other day I had to drive into a parking lot and sat there I tried getting out of my car to ask someone to call 911 because I was having a hard time speaking. I ended up falling flat on my face and I’m 6’3 so I fell far. Not one person helped me before that, so I got up and got back to my car. I then tried to check the damage to my car and fell once again, I was bleeding very bad and required many stitches. My friend called 911 and they showed up and still was slurring my words. They took me to the hospital and the Doctor called the PD, they showed up to get my ID and they wanted to give me DUI tests while slurring I told the cop to fuck off im not drunk. I walk with a Cain and can’t walk a straight line if I wanted to, he actually waited til I was released. My wife showed up to take me home and the cop waited there for me and told me he needed to give me DUI tests and a breathalyzer and thanks to your great videos I told him once again to fuck off and he wasn’t getting my license and I wasn’t going to take his tests and continued walking to my car. He stopped me once again and arrest me for not IDing and DUI. I continued walking to my my taxi, I told him that I commented any Crime and he grabbed me and put me in his car and my wife was telling him I had a brain injury. But I still went to the PD station I told him all the way to the station and I told him I’m I was going to put a complaint against him and sue him of unlawful detention. So at the station I would not take their breathalyzer so try had a nurse give me a blood test and they found no drugs or alcohol. I told the nurse if she touched me I was suing her to. I was not released and put in their cages and had to still bail out they charged my wife $ 2000 to get me out. She even told the judge I had a brain injury and gave them the card I carry in my wallet that told anyone who reed it about my condition and still had to bail out. I’m now suing my my town for the detainment, like I said because of your videos I have learn a lot the blue line gangsters so thank you. My lawyer said this DUI should get thrown out we should get something for this.
