  1. Dude was robbed and the owner wasn't thinking about if his employee was ok or doing fine. He was worried about how he was going to get the employee going to pay it back.

  2. If I am that bartender, I would have went directly to a lawyer's office, told them what was happening, and sued that place for every last penny I could. You don't even need money to hire a lawyer, you give them a percentage of whatever the court awards you. There is no way this is legal.

  3. Four hours after he signed the contract the place gets robbed? Are you kidding me. Nope! This is an inside job. This is a scam! Someone/owner has the $3,000 that was "stolen" and they are enriching themselves with another $3,000.

I'm not convinced this was a random robbery.

No company, besides this one, would have an employee sign such a document. Being in business is a risk. These companies are insured for these type of events.

I would qut if a company tried to get me to sign something like that.

  4. go look at the reviews . . . in the past 50 minutes since Donkey of Day of aired on You Tube, media warriors are showing their support for the bartender

  5. Remember in Set It Off they fired Vivica for not pressing the button cuz she was scared shitless cuz she had a big ass gun in her face and didn't fellow procedure

  6. Hualapai is a street here in Vegas that I used to live on, NOBODY in my family could pronounce it and I knew EXACTLY what Charla was trying to say 😩😩🤣🤣

  7. I’m wondering what kind of pressure he was under to agree to sign that piece of paper after the fact. If my employer told me that $300 would be taken out my paycheck until the money stolen was repaid, it shows that they obviously care more about the money than my safety…time to leave for good.

  8. I know everyone ain’t able to sue but I’m hoping this man get sometime to support him to do just that to sue that company for emotional distress- the company gets rob and u expect me to risk my lifeeeeeeeee 👀
    🤷🏽‍♂️👏🏽💪🏽 nahhhhhhhhhh

Abs if it’s possible get that doc NULL N VOID they tricked him into doing that

  9. Why would he sign that contract? If an employer wanted me to repay that money I would've just said no until they fired me or I would quit. I don't know what the unemployment laws are for bartenders but apparently this happened in 2020. I would've just been on PUA.

  10. Wow, This just shows you that company values the business more than the people, Not understanding that the people is what Make the Business smh.
