Oh hell no he got the right one! A black person would NEVAAAAAAA!
And people wonder why workers are quitting and places are short staffed.
Dude was robbed and the owner wasn't thinking about if his employee was ok or doing fine. He was worried about how he was going to get the employee going to pay it back.
Ha wa la pie is how it’s pronounced. But yeah that bar been ass since 2012
If I am that bartender, I would have went directly to a lawyer's office, told them what was happening, and sued that place for every last penny I could. You don't even need money to hire a lawyer, you give them a percentage of whatever the court awards you. There is no way this is legal.
Boy idc. U never sign something without reading it.
Four hours after he signed the contract the place gets robbed? Are you kidding me. Nope! This is an inside job. This is a scam! Someone/owner has the $3,000 that was "stolen" and they are enriching themselves with another $3,000.
I'm not convinced this was a random robbery.
No company, besides this one, would have an employee sign such a document. Being in business is a risk. These companies are insured for these type of events.
I would qut if a company tried to get me to sign something like that.
Yeah, they deserve several donkeys.
That money is insured, they are some piece of work
go look at the reviews . . . in the past 50 minutes since Donkey of Day of aired on You Tube, media warriors are showing their support for the bartender
From Vegas and it’s pronounced WHO-WALA-PI….hualapai…you’re welcome Charla!
He’s crazy for signing.
Remember in Set It Off they fired Vivica for not pressing the button cuz she was scared shitless cuz she had a big ass gun in her face and didn't fellow procedure
Hualapai is a street here in Vegas that I used to live on, NOBODY in my family could pronounce it and I knew EXACTLY what Charla was trying to say 😩😩🤣🤣
he was under duress; the contract is null and void
that name is killing me lmfao
Nice Jay Z refence.
I work for Corporate Chevron and they would tell us give them everything it’s not worth we have insurance…. Corporate chevron was legit
I’m wondering what kind of pressure he was under to agree to sign that piece of paper after the fact. If my employer told me that $300 would be taken out my paycheck until the money stolen was repaid, it shows that they obviously care more about the money than my safety…time to leave for good.
When you going to give Biden dod for giving out crack pipes to niggas
That is actually illegal.
I would quit
Shii wild
I know everyone ain’t able to sue but I’m hoping this man get sometime to support him to do just that to sue that company for emotional distress- the company gets rob and u expect me to risk my lifeeeeeeeee 👀
🤷ðŸ½â€â™‚ï¸ðŸ‘ðŸ½ðŸ’ªðŸ½ nahhhhhhhhhh
Abs if it’s possible get that doc NULL N VOID they tricked him into doing that
This is slavery
Why couldn’t he just get the insurance? This mf…
Thumbs up to the vid but definitely a thumbs down to the “Lodge Hualapai†🤣
😂😂😂
What in the actual f**k………… this can't be ture….unreal
Why would he sign that contract? If an employer wanted me to repay that money I would've just said no until they fired me or I would quit. I don't know what the unemployment laws are for bartenders but apparently this happened in 2020. I would've just been on PUA.
That bar don't have insurance? lol
Wow, This just shows you that company values the business more than the people, Not understanding that the people is what Make the Business smh.
Naw that’s a setup
Seem like he been rob twice to me…
0:20 HUUUH
Aw Mane 🤣
This is why I'd never live in America
Charla you have money, take a speech class🙄
Damn, did the bartender rob the place? Because if not, they tryna rob the bartender at this point. What the hail?
His boss is cheap as hell
I use to work somewhere that if the place was robbed and u had more than $200 in the register u get fired
This sounds like an inside job from the bar double dipping
Feeling Froggy 2 Feloniously film a Flim flam? Then do not to be suprised when you get your flam flimed. â˜ðŸ¤¨ðŸ’¯
Charla not being able to say the name of the bar, hilarious! 🤣🤣🤣
That’s some bullshit man the bartender is not liable for that shit he should sue
also chill with the palo santo sticks, not great to inheal that much of it…
Im sorry but homie a damn fool for signing that pay back. Why!? Seriously!? Why would u sign that
