   Somebody even analyzed it. People treat 'million' as some sort of unit and put in and out before and after doing math in their heads. 'Million' is actually the part of the number as in six 0's, not a unit.

When the female says "It's true" she's referring to the statement "it's an incredible way of putting it" "it's true." Then she says, "it does SUGGESTS what we're talking about here."
