  1. As a white boy I understand his dislike for Post. I've listened to hip hop since late 90s early 2000s, Post is not lyrical at all. When lyrics are about the life and struggles they lived, is what Charlamagne is talkin about. Post doesn't know street life or black struggles, uses the genre because it DOES work for him, and pays no respects to the pioneers of hip hop.

  2. Take it easy on white people. Geez. I like stg for the most part. He is a hipicrite though. Downing something he thinks is racist. Then constantly making rasist comments him self. He is just mad he is not a rapper and not funny enough to be in comedy. Hate to break it to you. But young white and black people get along now. It's them old school cats black and white that's racist. So get over ya self !

  4. Why does Charlamagne talk about "white" people and use the word cracker on his platform and think that's ok? He has never liked Post Malone and that was seen from the very first interview that he did with him. It seems like he doesn't like white people at all. I hope I'm wrong because I like CTG but damn he can be harsh sometimes and I really think he took what PM said out of context.

  5. He was definitely reaching on this one, most of today’s hip hop, doesn’t have a positive message. Most of it is just catchy. But yeah, Post might be describing his music and probably the type of rap he listens to. But it’s his opinion based on what he listens to.

  6. I agree with 99% of what Charlamagne is saying in here but I think Post's words were taken out of context. It seemed to me like he was just speaking on a larger trend with so called "mumble rap" becoming less lyrical and more focused on drug use, hoes, etc. Although this is a gross generalization, he did acknowledge that there still are plenty of artists who make lyrical music. Also Post never excluded himself from that category, which he is obviously in. The part about Charla not liking him cuz he is white was whack tho
