2. Apparently this guy has had run-ins with the police before. One incident involved a DWI and another incident was a traffic accident that killed a motorist named Ricardo Torres just one year before he shot Doug Lewis.

   He's clearly dangerous and incredibly reckless. Hope they throw the book at him.
