  1. Sounds like the rehabilitation center made the mistake and the hospital did it’s part. If you sue anyone, then sue the rehabilitation center not the hospital imo

  2. Hipaa violation intensified! Both facilities need to be sued and investigated to ensure there are no other medical errors 😑

  3. How about the public advocate for healthcare workers and the safety issues these "hospitals" put us through. Nurses and healthcare staff have been talking about being abused and short staff for years, the public does not care until its them or their love ones health. We have millions of nurses leaving the bedside, nobody cares and the hospital's are reaching peak profits while still not giving us extra workers or even any supplies. We ran out of gowns the other day because the person who stocks the gowns and make sure they get cleaned, quit. Its way deeper than someone mixing names up and I am sure this woman is going through it but I am also sure that staff probably had one nurse per 20 patients.

  4. Ain’t no telling how many times they have mixed up patients paperwork like that. Probably operating on the wrong person because of a mix up of identification right now 😭🤦🏾‍♀️

  5. 😳 this is sad but kinda funny idk 🤷🏾‍♂️ weather too laugh or move on to the next story but the dr just said my bad

  6. If they are fumbling something so major, I’m sure they’re most definitely mixing up meds, which can also cause fatalities.

  7. How is this the hospital’s fault? It’s literally the nursing home’s fault. Hospitals don’t do DNA test on every patient that comes in to make sure that’s the correct patient. They got the wrong chart and assumed it was the right person. The nursing home should be getting donkey of the day

  8. Its time for Betty to lawyer up, and sued the hospital, rehabilitatatiin center, caller, and morgue attendees for inflicting emotional damage and injuries. Then to go identify the wrong body, to see the wrong person lying on that slab in the morgue.

How are the family of the deceased feeling also, the emotions they must be feeling for not being called about their love one whom was transported to the hospital.

    Go digged up JOHNNY Cochrane

This doesn't sit well. All these trauma is uncalled for, and folks are just dropping the ball nonchalantly

  9. That’s what I did…when the hospice called me to tell me my dad died, I called my dad. Unfortunately, they were right but I don’t trust these fools.
