This documentary was produced by Syndicado and directed by Wolfgang Winkler. It was first released in 2021.

  1. These pioneering Inventors should have developed a unique type of a weapon that would shoot Hitler between the eyes and could be discharged from a mile away with 100% accuracy.
    State of art technology at it’s best.
    The inventor’s should build engines and construction of what was required but snuck in the project of producing a great weapon disguised as anything not looking like a military weapon.
    So much heartache could have been avoided by the elimination of Hitler before he had the chance to destroy the lives of his people and Europe.

  2. 08:00 don't make it sound like an opportunity was missed by rejecting Burstyn's design at the first turn. Hotzendorf and the General Staff were just as sclerotic in their thinking, as evidenced by the horrendous decision that were taken during the prosecution of the war itself a short time later.

  3. I lived in Lahr and while I knew of and learned about Felix Heinrich Wanke I do not recall there being anything more than the mention he was a party member! To think the Mazda RX7 and 8 both used his engine for decades.
