This documentary follows the extraordinary life of Helen, a woman living with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), a rare mental health condition that has caused her to develop seven distinct personalities. Growing up with a background of severe trauma, Helen’s mind created multiple identities to help her cope and survive. Each personality has its own name, voice, and story—each one bringing its own perspective, emotions, and experiences. Some are children, others are adults, and each serves a unique role in Helen’s life.
This documentary seeks to answer questions about DID: how it develops, what daily life looks like, and how those affected can find hope, healing, and understanding. Helen’s journey is one of survival, resilience, and self-discovery—a journey that challenges the stigma around mental health and offers insight into what it’s like to live with a mind that operates in different parts. Her story connects deeply with those who have experienced trauma, struggled with identity, or simply seek to understand more about the human mind

Madre la gente que loca
Whoa, that's high. Most women only have 2 or 3 tops
Oh my so you all had to reupload this again? That’s unfortunate.
Countries are the cause of these events.
Each personality has a different trigger and function. Child voice indicates that these personalities are related to the childhood…childhood traumas.
There's not much evidence that DID is real – she does know what she's doing, but essentially it's a form of roleplay she's doing, usually as a result of trauma and poor life coping skills.
BS
wow
Reminder to everyone about to comment who ignored the "please be civil" note, please don't be gross, don't talk about politics, and don't comment if you don't know how to be a normal human being with empathy.

My mother was diagnosed in the early 90's with schizophrenia….within about 3yrs she finally met a Doctor that gave her the diagnosis of Multiple Personality Disorder my mother was actually a patient in the hospital when they were making the movie with Angelina Jolie and I forget the other actress but anyhow by 1998 her diagnosis was now called DID…she has spent many stays in many hospitals but within the last 10 to 15yrs things have FINALLY calmed down and more moves to physical health issues. My childhood was wild but wouldn't change a thing.
I genuinely thought this was gonna be about kamala with that title
Do they do brain scans to see any changes? Do the different personalities have names?
Please be concious this someone who is struggling with a disassociative disorder. She went through trauma in her childhood; it is a ''faulty'' coping mechanism. Claiming she is faking it is not only harmful, but very misguided. Let's all be kind, open minded and compassionate to one another. It goes a long way.💜
Cybil had 16 personalities!
Dumper in barrel of holy water. Stop tryna be her friend. That’ll be quite the show, you demon feeder. 😂! Multiple demon disorder. Is wtf that is. You don’t fool me!
She seems like such a sweet, kind and gentle person. I feel for her and those who have to navigate their lives with this mental health disorder. I’m so very glad that the has such a wonderful and loving friend. I wish her nothing but luck and good things for her future. 😊❤
