  1. Naw she a grown adult legal human n she has the responsibility of saying yes n no to her choices. I accidentally hit a man running in the road chasing a dog while i was intoxicated n he ended up dying n i regret that shit till this day cus if i was sober i coulda brake faster. Naw she needa take responsibility for her choices n actions. She caused damage cus of her actions, she is responsible completely

  2. To anyone stating she doesn't have a case, you are wrong. In many places (including Canada) it is illegal to serve alcohol to a visibly impaired person. If that person causes harm to themselves or someone else, the establishment can be held responsible. This not only applies to motor vehicle accidents, but also fights and accidents on the premise.

  3. That is the risk of having a liquor license. you absolutely are liable as the venue that is serving the liquor. Yup. That's why you need to make sure your bartenders know when to tell people no.

  4. Feminism At It's Finest
Misbehavin And Now Look What Yah Did… Huh
    LOOK AT IT
    😤
To Be Fair I Think We All Have A Crazy Auntie Or Cusin That Has A "Appetite For Destruction"

  5. The bar has nothing to do with a person not holding there liquor, if they had to make sure everyone gets home safe they would never be closed. It's her fault she was drinking and driving she needs to go to jail

  6. She has no case against the food services; she chooses to drink and one bartender or all who are serving the drinks are not culpable for and to keep track. If they pushed her out due to her drunkenness and enter her car; then maybe liability is

But girllllll be accountable and responsible and go make amends and not EXCUSES. Time on prison does nothing for her.

  7. What's annoying is that some women will try to do this to further their unaccountability and more women will try to do this to try to get themselves out of the messes that they get themselves into of their own accord!

  8. Does or can she paid restitution or even required to to all who are injured or damages caused by harm and negligence

  9. 2001 it was raining, was at a big intersection, light turned green, I shifted gears hit 2nd did a whole 360 and there was a Broward County Sheriff officer looking directly at me shaking his head

  10. Accountability is obviously a thing of the past . People refuse to take it anymore and it’s tiring 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

  11. At this point we gotta agree Charlemagne doesn't listen at times😂 I can see why Envy prefers a Male Doctor.

  12. I use to drive impaired too. One day I fell asleep and sideswiped a car with seniors in it. No one was hurt. I cried thanked god and never ever did it again

  13. I'm with her lol HEAR ME OUT, after she gets out of jail she's going to be broke!! She's trying to get it from anywhere and if the state they're in says they broke the rules…🙃

  14. You still can't over serve a person, not just because they can cause an accident, they can also die of alcohol poisoning. Also if she wins, her victims families will get that money. I see no problem here.
