  1. Two more things don't be shy if something looks or sounds weird speak up check deeper it's your hard earned money if the buyer tries to avoid or start sound aggressive don't buy from him
The second thing is don't overthink it if you get f*ed on your first purchase surely you gonna miss somethings we all been there the more experience you get the less you get f*ed

  2. My Expedition is having problems with the air. It got a recharge and some tubes (can't remember what they are called) replaced that seemed to have holes, but it still doesn't blow cold air. The dealer put die in it, but I am waiting for them to get me a loaner.

  3. I appreciate these videos, they have some very informative information. Checking the engine, transmission, suspension etc is essential, but you've also got to remember that when you're looking at an older used car, it's not going to be perfect. It'll have dents, scratches and wear in areas due to age. Unfortunately, you're not gonna buy a 10+ year old car in perfect condition. In my opinion, if you can buy a car with a good engine and transmission, and you know it'll be able to get you to work safely, then that's all that matters, even if it does have a few marks here and there. Just make sure you get the car at a decent price, and take into consideration any repairs that need doing to the car.

I know a few car dealers, and it's frustrating to hear that some of them get bad reputations because customers want a car in perfect condition, for next to no money. You wouldn't go and look at a 15 year old sofa and expect it to be in brand new condition for sale at £10. If you want a car in perfect condition, then you need to go out and buy a brand new car. Just keep in mind what you're looking at when buying a USED car.

  4. Chris inspected this Jaguar for issues for over an hour and it still ended up blowing a head gasket after he bought it. Sometimes that's just the way it is.

  5. I would not know how to feel if somebody was checking out my car and manhandled it to test the suspension 😂 it’s a very helpful tip that requires an insane level of confidence to actually do

  6. On vehicles that you can engage and disengage 4 wheel drive how can you tell if the 4wheel drive actually engages? I know some have light indicators but how to tell if it's actually working? Also a sping with rust on it is bad? Where i live with sniw i dont think you can find a suspension spring thats not got rust on it. Even my brand new one rusted after a short time.

  7. If I’m selling a car and homie starts pounding the carpet with his fist ima just tell me if you don’t want it just tell me now lmao

  8. This helped me so much with helping my sister get a car we found one that said no accidents and I found a bent frame and a gap between the hood and fender

  9. Another thing you want to check is the windows, make sure all windows roll up and down at all doors, and make sure there’s no winding sounds

  10. If it is cold outside, the ac won't turn on because there is a module that if it's colder than around 50 degrees, it prevents the ac from turning on

  11. One thing I didn't do when buy a car was check the tires for any cheap tire plugs I ended up buying car that got a flat otw home and the guy already had me blocked lol

  12. If I'm test driving a vehicle with a sunroof, I'd like to get the vehicle owner to ride with me. That way when I pull up to the car wash, I can gauge his reaction to me running it through the wash. Worst case scenario he tells you no and you ought to not get the car at that point. Usually he'll think you're weird but let you proceed anyways because he wants to sell the car and he ain't hiding anything related to the sunroof.
I've had a vehicle with a leaky sunroof and it's not fun. Found that out myself when I took it for its first carwash and was non-consentially pelted with water from the roof. If you're going to go through that at all, you'd rather go through that before buying the vehicle, and possibly not buy it.
