  1. I cannot tell you how much money you have saved me and built my confidence when it comes to working on cars. I honestly used to just have my car serviced and I always got ripped off. Your videos and the great detail you put has helped me work on my own car. Your enthusiasm makes it really fun to work on and not a hassle when I have to maintain my vehicles. From your videos, I have been able to easily work on my Mazda RX8, Ford Explorer, and Jeep Compass. No longer will I have to spend thousands of dollars on mechanics when it will typically cost me less than 200 hundred and I learn something new. Thank you, Chris.

  2. After driving 50 yrs. I know that dreadful sound and what it most likely is. Husband and I looking at a used car now, he came home said a clunk in reverse. I will try it today and if I hear it I need a backup to let the guy selling I know what it is so I looked online and found you. Thanks for info great job and now I will have backup if I hear the sound. Most men dont listen to women so I needed backup on the diagnosis if I need it.

  3. Hi, thank you for a great video. How can I know which size of U-joint to choose? I have 2007 Mazda CX-9 and the repair shop told me I need to have my PTU and drive shaft changed. I have symptoms like you explained in the video so I hope it is only faulty U-joint.

  4. Just replaced mine bc I had a very slight wiggle around 40 it was faint and dealt with but for the most part it was handled I wanted to be proactive and get new ones in, due to a slight whine when rearing, did it in 4 hours and made it way worse…

  5. I already knew how to do it but it’s been awhile, so watching you refreshes my memory also you have good tips. One thing I’m not sure if you already mentioned that to make sure you put the u joint in with the grease fittings towards the drive shaft. Thanks 🙏

  6. WHAT THE HELL?!!… This is some of the BEST instructions I have seen on YouTube!! You NEED to create a COURSE! Of course, that is way easier said than done because the scope of doing so would be huge. But, I am shaking my head in awe. You are truly a VERY knowledgeable Mechanic AND Instructor. I have now subscribed. Thank you.
