Learn how to install an eFlexFuel e85 conversion kit aka flex fuel kit in your car. Running on e85 vs gasoline has some benefits like lower fuel prices, more horsepower, and less emissions. It is very simple to install a conversion kit in a compatible car. All you need is to install the flex fuel sensor which goes in-line with the fuel line, then connect some wires to your fuel injectors, and finally plug it all into a piggy-back ECU so it can make adjustments to the fuel injectors. It is that simple to convert your car into a flex fuel car!

  2. Either I was sent a defective computer OR a defective ethanol sensor, or these directions are incorrect or leave out necessary details. We need FULL directions, not assuming we know this or know that, we need ALL of the information, ALL OF IT.
I am very mechanically inclined, but now that I tried to install this, my car does not respond to my key fob, and the app does not confirm the cylinders are wired, and there are numerous errors telling me to take the car to my dealership. There needs to be a network of local shops who can install these. I may be well inclined for mechanical things, but I think I either have a defective computer or a defective ethanol sensor, or there is some trick to the wiring for each cylinder that was not fully explained. I had thought that this video had enough details, but I am looking to try and return this unless e Flex Fuel has a local shop I can take it to so it will work. Yes, I connected the ground wire, and I connected the fuel hose, but I am about to remove it all and return it unless the company can make it right. It should not be that hard, but apparently there are details that are not fully explained
(I also have a toyota Prius as you but a newer model, a 2017 Prius III Touring with a X2ZRY25 engine). I am out of work until I can get beyond this, so I am losing money by not being able to work. Installing this system should not be that hard, but apparently there is some part left out that you assumed people knew (like if they were ASE certified mechanics) but many people do not know everything that is not mentioned. I am working with eFlexFuel on a solution but time is money and I am out of work because of this. Need help with this.

  3. hmm reason 3 is not 100%true it is a lot better then fossil fuel but requires fast areas of land for the corn to grow, water and most lots of diesel to plant, spray, harvest and transport it also the energy you have to put in to refine it is a lot, if it is from wind and solar (or atom but that comes to how you define it, it is climate friendly but enviromental more egh~) and you still have 15% fossil fuel but thats of course a lot better than having 100% percent so yeah it is a lot better but still has some flaws.

  4. I've been watching you since my first day I started learning about working on cars. You always give out tips and tricks that are really helpful and easy to understand. It's been a while now since the last time I worked on my car, but every time I watched your video, it always made me feel inspired and made me want to do something with my car. Thank you for everything, Chris. You are the best!
