Instead of installing an expensive car alarm system or using ineffective methods to prevent your car from getting stolen, learn how to install an inexpensive, hidden kill switch. http://simplisafe.com/dreamcar

This kill switch is easy to install and anyone can do it at home with basic tools. It can also work along with your car’s current alarm system. How it works is it cuts the power to the fuel pump so you cannot jump start the car, hot wire it, or even push start it. In order to steal the car you need to tow it! It is better than a batter quick disconnect because your computer wont restart and you wont lose your radio stations.

  2. If I was a criminal & wanted to take this car.I would just cut the blue cord completely off and reconnect the two original blackwires

  3. Chris thank you so much for everything you’ve done over the years, you’ve helped me basically all my life 😂 God bless you 🙏

  4. What would happen if the switch is flicked off while the car is already running?
Then also what would happen if it was flicked back on afterwards while the car is moving?

  5. It would also be cool in case you got jacked, to have a time delay relay so the dirtbag can drive a block or two away before he realizes he has something else to be pissed@you about.

  6. Couldn't of found ur channel at a better time.well ok i take that back, ive messed up tons of stuff making me a semi half assed Jerry rigger. All jokes aside thank you for explaining the task so easily repeatable for others including myself. Honestly wish I found ur channel much sooner

  7. Can anybody help me? I have a 2003 toyota kzn165r. Cannot seem to find a fuel pump relay anywhere?!?! Looked at manual and location it says, it's not a relay it's just a plug.

  8. Chris, I have bad news. I followed your tutorial to the letter, and when I went to my garage yesterday, my car was gone. It seems that the criminal saw your video, and knew precisely where my kill switch was. You owe me one 1961 Ferrari 250 GT California.

    Seriously, though, great video.

  9. My brother in law had this installed on an Oldsmobile mobile years ago & at the time it was a rare car & thieves tried to steal it multiple times but could never do it
